Welcome to RUF at Georgia Southern!
We are glad you stopped by!Summer RUF and College Sunday School
If you are in the Bobo this summer for classes or work, you should totally be a part of what's going in RUF this summer. There are really two things you need to know. The first is about the College Class at Trinity PCA. We meet at 10am in the downstairs fellowship hall and are going through our series "I Believe in the Holy Spirit?" The second is about Summer RUF every Wednesday night at 8:30pm at Trinity as well. Join us for singing, fellowship and teaching on "The Ten Commandments." Directions to Trinity here. 20 Reasons to Give to RUF at Georgia Southern
The Lord has blessed our ministry here at GSU for almost 20 years now, which still amazes me when I stop to think about it. 20 years. That's since 1989 when I was 9 years old. 20 years. That's literally thousands of students that the Gospel has been ministered to both directly and indirectly. 20 years. And none of it would have ever been possible apart from the generous prayers and gifts of God's people. Think about the impact a year can have on the life of a college student. Think about the impact that 20 years of sending out students into the world can have upon our communities. Think about the impact your gift, however big, or however small, can have in helping to sustain the Lord's work at GSU. Our work presses on. But not without difficulty. As of March 20th we are currently ministering under the burden of a $12,000 deficit for the year. As you can imagine, working under this burden makes ministry difficult. So as of March 20th, we are looking for 20 donors who would be willing to sacrificially give a gift of $1,000 to sustain the Lord's work at GSU. Would you prayerfully consider being a donor in this way? If so, giving is easy. Follow this link to support RUF at GSU. And thank you, thank you, thank you for all of your gifts and prayers.Sincerely in Christ,
Sammy Rhodes
